When booking a card reading, personal data such as your name, email address, and any individual questions or concerns you provide may be processed.
13.1 Data Processing and Storage
The card reading does not take place live but is provided as a recorded video file.
The video recording may contain personal data, especially regarding the questions or concerns you have shared in advance.
The recording is delivered via the WeTransfer service as a download link. In this process, WeTransfer processes your email address and makes the file available for a limited time.
13.2 Deletion of the Video Recording
The recorded video will be deleted no later than 30 days after it has been sent.
I store the file only for this period to resolve any technical issues or allow for a re-delivery if needed.
After this period, the file will be permanently deleted, and retrieval will no longer be possible.
13.3 Confidentiality and Disclosure
The contents of the card reading are strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
The file will only be sent to the email address you provided.
13.4 Right to Data Deletion and Withdrawal
You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time. However, please note that once the video recording has been sent to you, it cannot be deleted retroactively.
You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, but this may result in the inability to provide the service.
